Methods
For this report, we leveraged a combination bespoke secondary research, a survey of more than 1,000 new and expecting parents across the US, and parent interviews, designed to surface the trends guiding parenting in 2025. Trends in the future of parenting coalesced around 4 themes: Connected Parenting, Modern Wellness, Cultural Celebration, and Experiential Parenting
Each trend in the report pinpoints a key cultural shift reshaping the parenting journey—from evolving family structures to the rise of tech-enabled care. Together, they reflect how parents are adopting new tools, strategies, communities, and mindsets to raise children in a fast-changing world.
